When you want something so badly for another person and they don't see what you do? It's been a while since I've written. Not for the lack of anything to write. Far be it from the truth. Big things have happened that I have been so thankful for. Waiting, watching and praying for right relationships, restoration, God's provision is over in many ways. God has answered and blessed and that feels soo good. There are still some things I'm waiting for like wanting something for someone...that is a tough thing. As the observer I need to be careful not to push and even point things out. Almost like "chosing my battles carefully, or what hill should I die on".
I hope this person understands what I'm writing here. She needs to understand that fear has no place in her heart....yet there it is. There are so many people who love you and want to love you.....but the fear pushes you away and makes you a little leary of others. My heart really bleeds for her at times because I can see what she is missing and I can see hurt....it tares me up. To you dear one I say: The remorse you feel is not the action you've committed to. Stand up. Take ownership of that heart of yours....those emotions. Don't let them be carried away by things you suppose to be true or thoughts that are decieving you. Get your head out of this fog you call reality....I love you and I see what you are missing and my heart aches for you to know love, joy and peace...free of all fear. ~~~~~ We have all been wounded.
For all of us take courage and make the most of your time. God doesn't want that to go to waste....but that doesn't mean "hurry up" either. Make the most of your time....the most. What can you do with those moments in your day? Where can you spend your time that matters most? Who can you pour your life into that would benefit you, that person and God's Kingdom? Who is your first priority?..... What is that one thing in your life that touches everything else?
Go to your Father who loves you and ask Him "how can I make the most of my time mowing that lawn? How can I make the most of my time with my friend?" These are practical questions that God can and will answer.
Be strong and take courage as you see the Lord drawing near....
